The City of Carrollton has established several ways to conveniently pay your bill:
 

1. Walk-in - The City of Carrollton Utility Billing Department located on the First floor of Carrollton City Hall.
2. Drive Thru - Drive Thru services offered Monday through Friday at Carrollton City Hall located at 315 Bradley Street. Click here for Directions
3. Drop Box - A drop box is located at the City of Carrollton Administrative offices at 315 Bradley Street for delivering payment via check after normal business hours. Click here for Directions
4. Pay By Phone with Credit Card - Phone 770-830-2000 to speak with a customer service representative to pay your bill with a credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard) by phone.
5. Online Bill Pay - Pay your Utility Bills online with VISA or MasterCard by clicking here
