Answer: The following items are all needed to start new water service with the City of Carrollton:
- Lease (Rental Agreement) OR Proof of Ownership (Deed or settlement statement)
- Picture ID
- Social Security Number
- Telephone Number to reach you
- Deposit
- $75 - If you own
- $100 - If you rent
