Firefighter Bo Slay began his career with the Carrollton fire Department in April of 2008. 

Fire Fighter Bo Slay has attended many classes at the Georgia Fire Academy and many at the forestry commission. 

Prior to coming to the Carrollton fire dept. F/F Slay worked full time with the Haralson County Fire Dept. 

Some of F/F Slay's qualifications include NPQ1, HAZ-MAT awareness, Alternative teaching methods, incident safety officer, first responder, wild land type II, ICS, fire inspections principles and practicals.
