Firefighter Daniel Hudson moved to Carrollton in April 2008 after serving a three year enlistment in the U.S. Army's 4^th Infantry division where he was deployed to Iraq and ended his contract as a Sergant. 

Daniel began his career as a firefighter with the Carrollton Fire Department in April of 2008 and is currently assigned to Engine #21 on A shift. 

Daniel attend the Georgia Fire Academy, where he received certifications inNPQ1, HAZ-MAT awareness, CPR/AED, and NIMS 100. Daniel was designated the class leader for the four weeks of training and was awarded the leadership award. 

Daniel is a member of the Georgia State Firefighters Association.
