Firefighter will Rollins began his career as a volunteer with the Carroll County Fire/Rescue in June of 2003. He joined the Carrollton Fire Department in April of 2008. 

Some of Firefighter qualifications include being a Georgia state certified firefighter, a nationally Registered medical First Responder, and NPQ evaluator. He has also attended numerous Vehicle extrication classes including, basic automobile, school bus, farm equipment, and small aircraft. He received national HAZ-MAT training up to the operations level. He has also taken Arson Detection for the First Responder as well as Emergency Response to Radiation.
