The Mayor and Council adopted the Unified Development Ordinance on September 10, 2007.  This ordinance replaces the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, Sign Ordinance, Historic Preservation Ordinance, the Floods Ordinance, the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance, and the Water Resource District Ordinance.  Please use the link below to access the Unified Development Ordinance while we await an update on the Municode website.
