The City of Carrollton Mayor and Council regularly scheduled meeting for Monday, February 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. has been cancelled and *
rescheduled as a Special Called Meeting to be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room/Council Chambers of the Public Safety Annex located at 115 West Center Street, Carrollton, GA. (*The Special Called Meeting of February 12, 2018 has been cancelled.)
The City of Carrollton Mayor and Council will hold a Special Called Meeting on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 315 Bradley Street, Carrollton, GA. The public is invited to attend. The purpose of the Special Called Meeting is to discuss and consider the following items:
- Unified Development Ordinance:
-Amend Section 2.04.16 (“Junk Yards and Auto Wrecking”) of the Unified Development Ordinance.
-Amend Section 4.01.01 (“Design Standards for Lots”) of the Unified Development Ordinance.
-Amend Section 4.02.01 (“Design Standards for Single-Family Dwellings and Townhouses”) of the Unified Development Ordinance.
-Amend Section 4.02.03 (“Design Standards for Multifamily Developments”) in the Unified Development Ordinance.
(*The Planning Commission hearing for these amendments was held on the 9th day of January 2018 in the Court/Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.)
